This was a new build on a vacant land which was a welcome sight to the neighbors. A 3 bedroom 1 Bathroom Ranch house which sold before we even had chance to finish it. The buyer requested a few modifications which we were more than happy to oblige with and we hope the owners enjoy living in their new home! Below is a house we bought on an auction and completely remodeled it.
